Retired LEO Firearms Qualification
The Volusia Sheriff's Office offers the HR 218 qualification course, also known as the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act, a firearms qualification course for retired law enforcement officers in Florida. This program is open to retired LEOs who are Volusia County residents. Certification is good for one year from the date of qualification.

On the day of the shoot, please bring with you:
• Driver's license
• Retired LEO ID card
• 76 rounds of ammunition per weapon (semi-automatic or revolver)
• 1 speed loader for revolver
• 2 magazines for automatic
• Hip-style holster for weapon
