V1 and S1, a couple living together, had a verbal argument that turned physical when S1 forcefully took V1's purse, causing scratches and redness on her arm. S1 then left on a blue e-bike. A BOLO alert was issued to nearby agencies, and a pass-on affidavit was completed.
