V1 and D1 have resided together in the past and currently have a child (W1) in common. D1 responded to V1's residence to take custody of their child W1. During the custody exchange, V1 requested D1 to exit her residence as he was becoming verbally aggressive. As D1 was exiting the residence, he turned around and pinned V1 against the wall with his arm. V1 pushed D1 away and told him to leave her residence multiple times. D1 exited the residence at which point he turned around, forced his way back into the residence, and grabbed V1's arm. V1 slapped D1 multiple times to get D1 away from her. D1 continued to stay in the doorway preventing her from closing the door. W1 witnessed the entire incident. D1 grabbed W1, left the scene, and returned at which point he entered the backyard of the residence and ripped the screen off of the rear porch. This incident was captured on video surveillance and a confession was obtained from D1.
