V1 drove S1 to the LOI from a residence in Deland to donate blood. S1 was denied donating due to medical reasons which upset him. S1 exited the business and in his anger, slashed 2 tires on V1's Honda CRV (LL847U) and left on a bicycle. Deputies conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate S1. An affidavit will be completed for S1 for criminal mischief and will be placed in the pass on binder. S1 also currently has an active misdemeanor warrant.

V1 observed D1 in her backyard looking through the windows. D1 claimed he was hiding from burglars which later proved to be a figment of his imagination. Video surveillance showed D1 was at V1's residence at 0330 hours and 0715 hours in her backyard looking through the windows. D1 was arrested for loitering and prowling.
