V1 is D1's father. V1 was chastising D1 due to him not abiding by the rules and curfew that is in place. D1 put V1 in a headlock. V1's airway was never restricted while in the headlock. V1 had redness on the back of his neck. V1 refused medical treatment. Director Quann was notified of the incident. D1 was arrested and transported to the VFRC.

V1 and D1 were in a romantic relationship and reside together. D1 confronted V1 about previous infidelities during their relationship. D1 became upset and punched V1 in the face during the argument. V1 sustained a minor injury on the bridge of his nose. V1 refused medical treatment. D1 was arrested. Upon a search of D1, Deputies discovered narcotics and paraphernalia in his pockets. D1 was transported to VCBJ.

According to W1 and W2, two unknown black females carrying large bags entered the store at approximately 2257 hours. The witnesses stated the suspects went to the medication isle and began raking large amounts of medications into their bags with their arms ($402.94 in value). The suspects quickly exited the store and left the scene. W1 advised the business wishes to pursue charges. Case active.

V1 was staying at Lot 16 when a bald male believed to be his neighbor, D1, walked up to V1 and shot him in the shoulder with a shotgun.

V1 returned fire and then dropped his firearm. V1 stated D1, who was not injured, ran back in the direction of his camper at Lot 17. Deputies made contact with D1 at Lot 17 and took him into custody.

CID and Crime Scene responded. D1 was charged with attempted first-degree murder and transported to VCBJ.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, deputies located D1 inside of a blue Dodge Charger attempting to rip open the glovebox. D1 was immediately secured.

During the investigation, deputies canvassed the immediate area and located video of D1 attempting to force open the front door of a nearby residence, which was unoccupied at the time.

The owner of the vehicle, V1, and the owner of the house, V2, both wished to pursue charges. D1 was charged with two counts of burglary, and he was currently out on bond for the same offense.

V1 reported he was inside his residence when he heard his vehicle start up outside. V1 walked outside and noticed his vehicle was gone.

Deputies quickly located the vehicle exiting the Circle K parking located at DeBary Ave. / I-4. A traffic stop was initiated at which time the vehicle fled eastbound on I-4.

Deputies attempted to deploy stop sticks several times with negative results. The vehicle was last observed passing the 126-mile marker. Air One was unable to locate the vehicle.
