V1 stated he purchased a set of rims from S1 for $4,200. V1 advised he paid in full.

S1 unlawfully repossessed the rims from W1’s residence, stating V1 owed him more money. Contact was made with S1, who admitted he took possession of the rims.

An affidavit will be completed and forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review.

D1 and V1 are a couple who have been living together as a family. They got into a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical confrontation when D1 picked up a chair and struck V1 across her body with it.

Following this, D1 shoved V1 against their camper and held her there by her hair. V1 declined any medical assistance. D1 was arrested and taken to VBJ.

A CH check on D1 revealed multiple prior convictions for battery, including battery against a law enforcement officer, enhancing his charge to felony battery (DV).

D1 was arrested for battery and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
