V1 is the landlord of the property and is currently going through the eviction process with two tenants living there. V1 claims that his Ruger 10/22 wood stock rifle has been stolen by these tenants. He stated that he kept the rifle locked in a bathroom he uses for storage. Contact was made with the tenants, who denied taking the rifle. V1 provided the rifle's serial number, which has been entered into the NCIC/FCIC as stolen. Case status: Active.

V1 is the employer of D1. A verbal altercation occurred between V1 and D1, which escalated into a physical confrontation when D1 pushed V1. V1 was gaining the upper hand in the altercation when D1 attempted to pull a firearm from his person. However, V1 and W1 successfully took the firearm away from D1. V1 then held D1 down until deputies arrived. An NCIC/FCIC check on the firearm revealed that it was stolen from Seminole County. D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ. Before being placed in the vehicle, D1 resisted by kicking deputies and refusing to get into the patrol car.

During the verbal altercation, it escalated to physical when D1 grab a toy gun and threw it at V1 striking him in his back as he walked away. V1 did not sustain any injuries. V1 did not wish to pursue criminal charges. V1 refused medical attention. D1 was transported to VCBJ.

V1 advised he was attempting to attach a trailer to his vehicle when he was approached by S1. V1 stated an argument ensued at which time S1 struck V1 with a metal pipe. S1 then fled the area on foot. W1 observed the incident and called 911. V1 sustained a laceration above his left eye and was transported to 708. Deputies exhausted all attempts to locate S1 who is a well-known transient in the area. Deputies completed a charging affidavit. An arrest is imminent.

V1 advised upon leaving the residence, she locked her bedroom door and left a front door key for the construction company. V1 stated upon completion of the construction and her returning to the residence, she discovered her bedroom door had been forced open and was missing numerous items to include jewelry. At the completion of this entry, V1 had yet to complete an inventory of the items missing. Case status: Active.
