V1 reported she was in a verbal argument with D1, the father of her child. V1 advised D1 was drinking throughout the evening, and she attempted to leave the residence.

As V1 began to gather some belongings, D1 struck her in the face, breaking her glasses. D1 then forcibly took V1's phone, which she had concealed in her bra, before he fled on foot.

Deputies located D1 and he was taken into custody. V1 sustained a laceration above her left eye. Deputies were unable to locate V1's phone.
