Around 1700 hours on this day, V1 and S1 were arguing about money that V1 owed S1.

During the argument, S1 stated he would start selling V1's property. V1 closed the door to the residence at which point V1 no longer saw S1.

As V1 later exited his residence, he observed S1 was gone, and observed numerous power tools stolen from within his vehicle. All attempts to locate S1 were met with negative results.

V1 and S1 were in a verbal argument over purchasing a vehicle when S1 became extremely upset. S1 shoved V1 off her mobile scooter, which caused V1 to fall onto the floor and hit her head.

S1 then grabbed the mobile scooter and threw it across the room. S1 continued arguing then fled the scene in an Uber. V1 did not sustain any injuries.

V1's scooter was not damaged. V1 stated she did not wish to pursue charges and refused rescue. Deputies made phone contact with S1, who stated she was at her workplace in Altamonte Springs. V1 is S1's grandmother and they reside together.
