While standing in line to purchase a drink, S1 picked up a bill dropped by another customer. V1 and V2 work for the business. When V1 and V2 confronted S1 and asked him to return the money, he complied but became upset and threw his drink on both victims. The investigation is ongoing.

DV Aggravated Assault

During an argument over a television being too loud, Eric Smith (D1) armed himself with a nightstand and began walking towards Deloris Slone (V1). While walking towards Slone, Smith made verbal threats to harm Slone with the nightstand. Deputies determined Smith to be the primary aggressor, and he was taken into custody without incident. Director Quann was made aware of the incident.

Vehicle Burglary

After exiting the vehicle, V1 noticed a white male making entry into the passenger front door of his green in color Dodge Durango. Once inside the vehicle, D1 was confronted by V1. V1 demanded D1 exit the vehicle, which he complied and fled west bound on Highbanks Blvd in a white van. Deputies were able to utilize technology, the crime center and AIR1 to locate the vehicle at 609 Fiorella Ct in Debary. Deputies made contact with D1 where he was taken into custody without incident.

Retail Theft

S1 made entry into the store and after exiting the premises, R1 noticed approximately $75 worth of collector cards (Pokemon) missing from the store. Deputies are attempting to obtain video surveillance of the incident and will complete a bulletin when suspect information becomes available.

**DV Pass-On**

V1 and S1 are mother and son who reside in the same household. A verbal argument escalated between the two, provoking S1 to strike his mother in the face causing visible injury to her face. S1 took off on foot prior to law enforcement's arrival and was unable to be located. Pass on affidavit was completed on S1 for simple battery.
