R1 noticed the empty boxes on the shelves today which made him review video surveillance footage. R1 observed on the date of the theft, S1 put the items in his waist band and exited the store.

V1 and D1 have been dating for approximately two years. Tonight, D1 became upset with V1 over relationship issues.

D1 smashed a glass candle on the ground and then pushed V1. D1 confessed to the incident and was charged accordingly.

Seminole County deputies also responded to the scene because it was determined that D1 had battered V1 on I-4 in Seminole County. Seminole County also charged D1 accordingly. D1 was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail for booking under all charges.
