D1 is suffering from alcoholism and has been agitated. D1 did not like the tone in which V3 spoke to him. D1 shoved V3 to the ground causing her to hit her lower back on a wooden table. V1 and V2 confronted D1 about the incident to which D1 physically attacked V1 and V2.  V2 is V1 and V3's mother. V2 is married to D1. All parties involved refused rescue for their minor injuries. D1 was arrested for 2 counts of DV battery 2nd subsequent offense and 1 count of child abuse. D1 was transported to VCBJ. Director Quann was notified of this incident. A copy of this report was forwarded to DCF.

V1 and D1 are married and have children in common. D1 accused V1 of infidelities due to her continuously texting on her phone. D1 grabbed V1 by her arms causing superficial scratches. D1 also broke V1's phone and threw it at her. V1 refused medical attention. D1 was arrested for DV battery and DV assault then transported to VCBJ. A copy of this report was forwarded to Director Quann and DCF due to the children being present during the incident.

RP advised S1 and S2 entered the VCS around 1436 hours and began shopping for about an hour. The RP advised the two then utilized the self-checkout counter prior to exiting the store. The RP advised she reviewed the transaction and discovered the transaction was left open on the payment screen. The total amount of the items stolen was valued at $348.47. The RP provided video surveillance of the two suspects. Case status: Active

V1 and D1 live together as a family unit and have children in common. The incident began with a verbal altercation between V1 and D1, which then escalated to a physical confrontation when D1 started pulling V1's hair and dragging her across the hallway of the residence. During this episode, W1 recorded the altercation. As a result, V1 sustained scratches from the incident. Contact was made with D1, and he was arrested and transported to VCBJ.
