Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a physical altercation. Upon arrival, deputies observed D1, a juvenile, violently shove his mother, V1, into the house while she was standing in the doorway.

Deputies ran to assist V1 at which time D1 was immediately secured. After D1 was escorted to the patrol car, he kicked three deputies and spit in the face of two of them while resisting.

Deputies were eventually able to get D1 into a patrol vehicle. V1 became very uncooperative with deputies and refused to assist in the investigation. This is the second documented violent domestic encounter involving D1. Carla Quann was notified.

D1 entered V2's bedroom and shut off his music due to the music being played loudly.  As D1 left the room, V2 shut his bedroom door behind her.

D1 turned around, pushed the door open, and pushed V2 until he fell on his bed. D1 left the bedroom and attempted to wake up V1 to help her. V1 refused to help D1, which resulted in D1 slapping V1 multiple times.

As V1 tried to push D1 away, D1 bit V1 on the left forearm. V1, V2, and D1 all reside together as a family unit. D1 was placed under arrest for two counts of simple battery (DV).

R1 reported three unknown males entered the store and placed a Predator generator on a cart and pushed it out the front door without paying. The three suspects were observed leaving in a brown van.

A BOLO was given to District 2 and the vehicle was located at 951 S. Parsons Ave. Deputies observed D1 and D2 unloading the generator out of the van.

D1 and D2 were taken into custody, along with D3, who showed up during the investigation. The generator, valued at $479.99, was recovered and returned to Harbour Freight.

V1 woke up to his son rambling and pacing back and forth in the house. V1 attempted to calm D1 down but was subsequently struck in the face with his hand. D1 is a known narcotics user, and it was suspected he was under the influence of methamphetamines. D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor; therefore, placed under arrest for DV- Battery. ***CBA DV***
