D6 deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white Audi which fled into D4. Deputies located the vehicle unoccupied in front of 2032 W Parkton Dr., Deltona. With the assistance of Air1, all three defendants were observed exiting behind a house and entering an Uber. The vehicle was stopped, and all three defendants were apprehended. Through interviews and evidence observed, all three subjects were charged accordingly.

V1 is one of two foster children placed with D1 and O1. V1 rummaged through D1's personal belongings and was disciplined by D1 for violating her privacy on 03/17/2025. On 03/18/2025, V1 ran away from home. D1 and O1 called 911 to report him missing. During an extensive canvass, V1 was located. Upon his recovery he reported D1 had been abusing him, which is why he ran away. Through investigation, D1 was found to have crossed the threshold of reasonable corporal punishment when she struck him with the butt of an aluminum broom handle causing a significant laceration to his forehead.

Additionally, V1 and the witnesses alleged D1 had straddled V1 and struck him with her hands and a shoe, leaving bruising and swelling to his cheek and neck which was visible at the time of reporting. DCF, their caseworkers, and Dir. Quann was notified. D1 was arrested for child abuse and taken to VCBJ. DCF is in the process of removing the foster children and re-placing them elsewhere.

V1 and S1 separated at which point V1 requested S1 to no longer have any contact with her in November of 2024. Since then, S1 has repeatedly contacted V1 via email, text message, and phone calls. This repeated contact served no legitimate purpose and caused V1 emotional distress as S1 will not stop. A pass-along affidavit was generated.

 V1 and D1 have had a two-year on-and-off romantic relationship and previously lived together. V1 met D1 behind the Dat Buzzin Bee Smoke Shop. V1 reported D1 forced himself upon her, but she managed to escape. During trying to get away from D1, he pushed her to the ground and twisted her wrist, taking her phone. V1 ran to D6 and used a 911 call box to alert law enforcement. D1 fled the scene, but deputies later located him at Shell Road and Seminole Drive in Debary, with assistance from K9 and Air One. CID and WC were notified.
