At 0054 hours, V1 called 9-1-1 to report that his vehicle (2016 Hyundai Accent 68EWIG) was taken by force (gun) by unknown subjects at the above intersection. He advised there was a 1-2-hour time lapse from when the incident occurred and it was discovered he was no longer in the area of the incident location. V1 relocated via Uber to Deland. V1 was not injured. A single unspent round of ammunition was located at the intersection. Vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC. LPR's showed the car last in the area Marineland. WC2 was made aware. CID was contacted and will be responding.

**Death Investigation / Juvenile**
 
A 10-year-old female was unresponsive, and CPR was being performed by family. The child has an extensive medical history for the last 8 years to include a TBI, non-verbal and on ventilation tube. Child was last seen at 2300 hours on 11/5 in her room watching TV with parents. Parents went to bed in their room and when they woke up and checked on her, she was not breathing and cold. Deputies took over CPR until EVAC arrived on scene. EVAC was working a code and transported to Advent Health Fish Memorial. Child last saw PCP on 11/05/2025. The juvenile was pronounced NC/NV at 0541 at 802. SWDU was contacted.

A verbal argument between the sisters escalated to the point where D1 attempted to throw a basket of baby supplies at V1 but did not make contact with her. Based on these statements, D1 was placed under arrest and charged accordingly. Due to D1 having a 2-month-old in the residence. Director Quann was notified and DCF notification was made.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance between two brothers who reside together as a family unit. Investigation revealed D1 had been drinking and playing video games throughout the night, disturbing V1's sleep. A verbal dispute escalated when D1 struck V1 in the face and placed him in a chokehold, causing loss of consciousness. D1 admitted to the offense. V1 sustained a bloody nose and refused medical treatment. D1 was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Battery and Domestic Violence Strangulation, then transported to VCBJ for booking.

On 11/03/2025 at approximately 2045 hours, V1 parked her vehicle outside her apartment. The vehicle was left unlocked, and V1's wallet containing $80 in cash, credit cards, and debit cards was left inside. On 11/04/2025 at approximately 1145 hours, V1 received a notification that the Apple AirTag inside her wallet was in motion. V1 tracked the AirTag to the intersection of Toms Rd. and Palm Rd. in DeBary, where she located the AirTag but did not locate the wallet. V1 reported that none of her credit or debit cards had been used. Deputies processed the vehicle for latent fingerprints and obtained elimination prints from V1. A canvass of the apartment complex and the area where the AirTag was recovered yielded negative results.

*** Pass Along Affidavit***

W1 advised she observed her son V1 in a physical altercation with S1 and 5 other subjects in front of the above address. V1 advised he noticed a vehicle parked in front of his residence and upon approaching, did not recognize any of the subjects therein. As he turned, one of the subjects called out to him. V1 turned back towards the vehicle and was immediately attacked by the occupants as he attempted to run back to his house. W1 and W2 exited their residence and yelled at the assailants who entered their vehicle and left the area. W1 advised she wished to pursue charges against all involved. V1 reported no injuries as a result of the incident. V1 was then contacted via telephone by a friend who identified S1 as one of the parties responsible for the incident, due to text messages he received from S1 claiming responsibility. A pass along affidavit was completed and investigation into the additional parties is continuing. Director Quann was contacted due to the age of V1.
