V1 and D1 reside together as a family unit. V1 and D1 have been arguing over relationships issues all day and has been physical at multiple different times resulting in fresh injuries to V1. V1 had a black eye and bruises to the inside of both arms. Deputies determined D1 was the primary aggressor and was later transported to the VCBJ. It should be noted V1 is currently thirty-five weeks pregnant and was evaluated by Deltona Fire onscene.

Deputies responded to 51 Childrens Way, Enterprise in reference to an assault/battery. Deputies made contact with with V1 who advised D1 was becoming physical by throwing things at the other children in the cottage and being irrate. While V1 was attempting to calm D1 and restrain her D1 began to become violent by pulling his shirt, hitting his chest and spitting in his face. V1 advised he wished to pursue criminal charges against V1. V1 was evaluated at HBS and later cleared at Halifax in Daytona prior to be transported to the FRC. Director Quann was notified of the incident.

V1 and D1 reside together as a family unit. Deputies responded to the 1600 block of Enterprise Osteen Rd, Enterprise in reference to an intoxicated male walking down the road with a five year old child. Sergeant Crofutt arrived on scene and was flagged down by a bystander advising they almost hit a male and his child due to them walking in the middle of the roadway, impeading traffic, in an unlit area. Sergeant Crofutt located D1 and V1 in the middle of the roadway. Throughout the investigation D1 showed multiple signs of obvious impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol. D1 advised he was trying to go to his family's house with V1, who is diagnosed with autisim.  Based on the totality of circumstances Deputies determined there was probable cause for child neglect and D1 was was subsequently taken into custody. Grandmother of V1 arrived on scene and assumed custody. D1 was later transported to the VCBJ. Director Quann was notified of the incident.

V1 advised someone entered his unlocked garage and removed his bicycle. The timeframe was between 1700- 2100 hours on 08-03-2026. V1 advised the bicycle is an older style bicycle that is white in color with a brown basket. There was also a green military hat inside the basket. V1 valued the bicycle at approximately $300. V1 will attempt to obtain the make and serial number of the bicycle from his brother. There are no suspects at this time.

V1 and D1 are brothers who reside together as a family. Deputies responded to the above location in reference to V1, who is autistic, causing a disturbance. V1 advised he was in the garage when his brother, D1, entered and punched him in the face. D1 was interviewed and admitted to punching V1 in the face because he gets tired of being awakened every morning by V1 causing a disturbance through the house. D1 was taken into custody without incident and transported to the FRC.
