V1 and D1 got into a verbal argument over a medical issue on the way home from a function. V1 stated D1 grabbed her by the wrist during the altercation. It was determined that, D1 committed a battery on a 65yoa older person. D1 also resisted Deputies while onscene and was also charged with resisting without violence. D1 was transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.

V1 stated he got into a verbal argument with D1 over financial issues. During the argument, D1 stated she struck him in the head with her hand. During the investigation, it was determined that D1 committed a battery and was placed under arrest. D1 was transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.

Deputies responded to the WAWA located at 3400 Howland Blvd. While deputies were investigating a flee and eluding call (250011347), S1 left the fuel pump with V1's motorcycle and fled from deputies in the area. O1 advised it was a female who removed the vehicle. V1 authorized O1 to use the vehicle but no one else had permission to take the vehicle. This case is still active.

D1 and D1 who are brothers who reside together were in a verbal altercation, during which they acknowledged there was pushing/shoving between the two. Through the course of their investigation, deputies could not determine a primary aggressor. All parties on scene corroborated D1 and D2's account that the other party started the physical altercation. Based on the totality of the circumstances and physical evidence observed, deputies determined both parties shared responsibility for the fight and both were taken into custody.

While inside, she concealed a 12 pack of Budweiser beer in a reusable grocery bag, then exited the store past all points of sale without making payment. D1 was approached by W1 while in her vehicle. Instead of speaking with W1, D1 made an obscene gesture towards W1 and left the parking lot. D1 was located a short time later by deputies who observed the 12 pack of beer on the front passenger seat.  D1 was charged accordingly and transported to VCBJ.

D1 entered the above location, retrieved an item from the shelf and displayed it, after which he concealed the item on his person and walked out making no attempts to pay for the item. D1 had previously been trespassed from this location. Deputies made contact with D1 outside the store and, after review of surveillance ascertained he possessed the stolen item. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. D1 was also on felony probation at the time of this arrest (VP250011151). Director Quann was notified due to D1 being a juvenile.

Deputies searched the surrounding area and found the golfcart and D1 in the area of Green Springs Park. Deputies recovered the golfcart, turning it over to an employee of the condo complex. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Director Quann was notified of the incident.
