D1 got into a verbal argument with V1 over child exchange. D1 then got into a physical altercation with another adult, V2, by pushing and punching him.

D1 then walked up to V1 and pushed her while holding their child. During the investigation, it was determined D1 was the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest for battery. He was  transported to the Branch Jail for booking without incident.

V1 advised around 0500 hours, he went to the Circle K at 819 Deltona Blvd., for a drink.

V1 said he left Circle K and started back to his residence. While V1 walked home, S1 walked up behind him on Deltona Blvd., held a knife to his neck and demanded money.

V1 advised he didn't have anything to give and S1 cut his neck with the knife and left the area.

V1 advised he went home and notified his sister, who took him to the hospital for medical treatment. The watch commander and CID were notified via telephone. Case status: Active.

V1 and D1, who are married and reside together, were in a verbal altercation. W1 observed D1 strike V1 in the back of the head three times while appearing to force her into the back of their vehicle.

Interviews with both D1 and V1 corroborated their accounts, but were contrary to W1's account. When confronted with this information, V1 advised D1 had taken ahold of her arms but had not struck her.

Based on the independent witness account, deputies took D1 into custody and he was charged accordingly.

R1 contacted law enforcement approximately 10 minutes after she heard her dogs barking and observed her fiancé's (V1), lawn trailer door open.

Upon checking the trailer, it appeared to be rummaged through, but no one was seen. V1 is currently in Puerto Rico so it is unknown if anything was taken at this time.

V1 and D1, who have multiple children in common and live together as a family, were in a physical altercation, during which D1 struck V1 in the face multiple times, causing severe injury to her orbital socket and lacerations throughout her face.

V1 identified D1 as the person responsible, though she could not provide additional information due to possible head trauma. D1 was contacted and advised V1 "flailed" her arms, striking him during an argument, to which he responded by striking her back once.

Based on the severity of V1's injuries and D1's lack of any injury, it was determined D1 was the primary aggressor. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Maternal and paternal grandparents responded to take custody of the children.

Director Quann and DCF were notified.

V1 and D1 who are in a committed relationship and reside together, were in a verbal altercation, during which D1 stripped off her clothing and began running in the roadway.

V1 advised this was due to D1's level of intoxication and an argument with her mother. V1 attempted to convince D1 to return to the home and step out of the roadway, at which point D1 struck V1 in the face multiple times.

These actions were observed by W1 and W2. D1 was located by deputies, taken into custody and charged accordingly. No injuries requiring medical attention were reported or observed.

D1, a juvenile, struck V1 in the face multiple times. W1 advised they did not know how or why the altercation started but witnessed D1 strike V1 in the face.

D1 exposed his sexual organs to neighbors. D1 then locked himself in his room and set an unknown item on fire with other occupants inside the residence.

Deputies Gomez and Ortiz made entry due to exigent circumstances and safely evacuated the residence. D1 was subsequently arrested for arson of an occupied building, battery LEO (x2), indecent exposure and resisting without violence.

The watch commander was notified and responded. District 4 chain of command was also notified.

D1 and V1 are married and have lived together as a family unit in the past. D1 and V1 are going through a divorce and were in a verbal argument.

D1 attempted to grab an Apple watch off V1's wrist, striking V1 in the process. D1 subsequently fled the area but later returned. D1 was arrested for battery (DV).

V1 advised D1, who is her son and with whom she lived at one point, confronted her while she was at her father's residence. V1 stated D1 became enraged toward her, screaming and threatening to “drag” her out of the house.

V1 continued to try to speak, further angering D1, who took hold of V1, placing his arm around her neck and hand over her mouth. D1 repeated this process a second time moments later, impeding V1's ability to breathe freely.

W1 witnessed the incident and the audio was captured on V1's cellular telephone. V1 was not injured and did not require medical attention. D1 was later located at his residence by District 2 deputies and taken into custody.
