Pass Along Affadavit / Juvenile 

S1 was having a mental breakdown when she attempted to leave the Children's Home. S1 attempted to flee into a building that was being worked on by construction workers. S1 at that time was able to grab the workers tools, one being a large metal pate scraper and began waiving it towards V1. V1 was fearful and attempted to grab his tools back at which point D1 decided to bite V1. V1 was able to grab his tools and S1 jumped the fence and started walking outside of the facility. Staff was able to locate S1 and in the process of bringing her back to the LOI she decided to bite V2. Both V1 and V2 advised they wished to pursue charges. Due to S1 having a lengthy history of criminal history in addition to medical/mental history, S1 was transported to Halifax Deltona to be cleared. While enroute to the District to finish paperwork S1 advised she was suicidal. Deputies completed a Pass Along Affadavit for S1 and she was later transported to HBS for screening. Upon release from HBS she will be transported to the FRC due to her criminal charges.

V1 contacted the Sheriff's Office after realizing his backpack which contatined his Silver Smith and Wesson M&P, his holster and an extra magazine. V1 last saw the backpack on 04/04/2026 at approximately 2100 hours in his truck which was left unsecured. V1 has attempted to locate the backpack and the contents of it over the last few days prior to contact law enforcement at which point he believes someone must of taken it from the vehicle as that is where it was last seen. There is no video evidence and the firearm was listed into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.

V1 asked for his friend to pawn his $10,000 diamond ring on behalf of him. V1 advised prior to his friend pawning the ring he stopped for gas at 1805 Elkcam Blvd, Deltona. At which point the ring which was in a cloth bag fell out of the truck onto the ground. Later on when the ring was discovered missing V1 went with his friend to attempt to locate it. V1 contacted the Sheriff's Office who was able to make contact with the buisness manager at the LOI who recovered video survellience of an unknown male arriving shortly after friend of the V1 dropped the ring. The video survellience shows the unknown male picking up the bag and messing with, placing it in his vehicle, and later leaving the scene.

V1 and D1 are in a relationship and reside together. Tonight, they were in an altercation that escalated when D1 struck V1 on the face and bit her finger. V1 had injuries and did not require medical attention. D1 was deemed the aggressor. D1 was arrested for Battery 2nd Offense (DV).

While in the kitchen of the above address, D1 threw a pizza cutter at V1's head pit of anger. V1, who is D1's adoptive mother was able to dodge the item which struck a cabinet behind her. V1 advised prior to calling law enforcement D1 had been out of control, breaking items throughout the home and being threatening towards other children in the house. V1 further advised D1's behavior is escalating and he is becoming increasingly violent. When questioned about the incident D1 advised he was not attempting to hurt V1 when he threw the pizza cutter. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. DCF and Director Quann were notified due to D1's age.
