V1 and S1 engaged in a verbal argument outside their residence that turned physical when S1 purposely struck V1 with her vehicle twice. V1 sustained minor injuries as a result. S1 fled the scene prior to arrival of law enforcement.

D1 got into a verbal argument with V1 over refusing to get him more beers. D1 grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her. D1 then grabbed a pool stick and struck her person. During the investigation, it was determined D1 was the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest for agg assault and agg battery. D1 was transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.

D-1 and V-1 are sisters and live together as a family unit. D-1 and V-1 got into an argument that turned physical when D-1 slapped V-1 in the face. V-1 sustained minor injuries as a result, which were consistent with her statement. D-1 was subsequently placed under arrest. ***CBA***

Deputies responded to 1120 Treadway Dr in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with V1 who advised between April 11, 2024 and April 22, 2024, his Smith and Wesson Bodyguard .380 and Beretta 21A .22LR pistol was stolen from the unlocked safe in his garage. Deputy Graham will conduct a follow up investigation.  Case is active to patrol.
