V1 had taken her apple watch off while using the restroom at the RaceTrac at approximately 1428 hours. V1 subsequently left the restroom and business, accidentally leaving the watch behind. Upon realization she no longer had the watch, V1 returned to the business within approximately an hour but could not locate it. Upon utilizing the find my device app, V1 saw it was near the location of 601 Bill France Blvd, Daytona Beach. The watch was unable to be located and is valued at approximately $750. The watch was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. No suspects at this time.

V1 met an unknown female on Instagram who directed him to 2410 Haulover Drive, instructing him to park down the road and approach her window on foot. As V1 did so, four individuals emerged from a shed behind the residence and assaulted him. One was reportedly armed with what appeared to be a Glock pistol. The suspects stole V1's keys and phone before he escaped to 2265 Rabenton Road for help. Before obtaining the LOI address, deputies in the area saw D1 and D2 running through a yard and getting into a Lyft. A traffic stop was conducted, and both were detained. A pistol was found in the area of the vehicle where they had been seated, with the Lyft driver consenting to the search. At 2410 Haulover Drive, announcements were made, and two more individuals exited the home. D3 and D4 were identified as the remaining suspects. The homeowner consented to a search of the residence, but V1's phone was not found.
