D1 and V1 got into a verbal altercation that escalated when D1 pulled V1 out of a vehicle. V2, a neighbor, intervened to prevent further violence. V2 stated D1 threatened to shoot him, then went inside and came out with what V2 described as a gun concealed in a hoodie. Both D1 and V1 left the scene but were later located by deputies, who discovered two pistols under the driver's seat where D1 had been sitting.
