**Immigration hold**

CID/Financial Crime Unit notified patrol of two (2) female suspects in a gold Honda van that were utilizing fraudulent EBT cards to purchase baby formula and other items from numerous stores within Deltona. D4 patrol located the suspected vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, which was occupied by one of the suspects. While taking the suspect into custody, deputies located a large amount of stolen items within the vehicle. After a brief search, the second suspect was located and taken into custody in an adjacent neighborhood. CID and Financial Crime detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.

Deltona FD requested the sheriff's office to respond due to D1 being aggressive and erratic in the past. Deputies made contact with D1 who was acting aggressive and hostile towards deputies. D1 armed herself with a glass Coca Cola bottle and attempted to shatter it on the wall to make an edged weapon.  Deputies made numerous commands for D1 to place the bottle down and D1 raised the bottle in an attempt to strike deputies. D1 was subsequently tased and taken into custody.

V1 advised on August 04, 2025, he last observed his silver and red Motiv High Ridge mountain bike and a black Pro Max e-bike were left on the bicycle rack. V1 stated both bicycles were missing when he checked later in the morning. Deputy Graham reviewed the video surveillance and identified D1 as a known transient who resides in a homeless camp off Doyle Rd and Enterprise Rd. Deputy Graham made contact with D1 and during the investigation, it was determined D1 committed a bicycle theft and was placed under arrest. D1 was transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.
