V1 advised D1 was upset with him and wanted him to leave their homeless camp. When V1 refused to leave, D1 armed herself with a large knife and threatened to kill him if he didn't leave. Being in fear, V1 retreated to his tent and called 911 for assistance. Deputies arrived and located a large knife next to D1. D1 was taken into custody.

V1 was upset at D1's intoxicated state and behavior. V1 told D1 she was leaving at which time D1 grabbed V1 and slapped her. V1 left the residence and went to a local gas station to report the incident. D1 was located and taken into custody.

R1 advised he was traveling south on S SR 415 approaching Reed Ellis Rd when he observed a road rage incident between a gray Jeep utility vehicle and a black motorcycle. As they came up to the intersection, R1 advised he observed the motorcycle accelerate in front of the jeep and retrieve a handgun from his waistband. The rider then fired a single shot into the jeep. Both vehicles continued south on SR 415 towards Seminole County and R1 pulled over to report the incident. No victim ever came forward to report the incident on their behalf. ISS was notified and responded. WC was also made aware. Case is active.

V1 stated D1 approached her aggressively, grabbed her hand when she raised it to stop him, squeezed it, and threw her onto the bed. V1 had visible injuries to her finger and believed it to be broken. D1 was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence battery.

V1 and D1, who are siblings and reside together as a family unit, were in a verbal altercation. During the verbal altercation, D1 ran into the kitchen a grabbed a kitchen knife and then threated V1. V1 then ran into his bedroom where D1 stabbed V1's bedroom door. W1 intervened and took the knife until Deputies arrived. D1 was arrested for DV Aggravated Battery. Case is CBA.

D1 grabbed V1 by the neck and forced her into a shower, which caused redness around her neck. V1 began did not require or request medical treatment. There were no independent witnesses. V1 and D1 entered into a verbal dispute in the parking lot of Publix. During the dispute, D1 pointed a silver .357 Magnum revolver at V1, placing her in fear for her life. V1 described the firearm accurately, and the same firearm was later located inside the vehicle. D1 admitted to pointing the gun at V1 and was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.

O1 was in a verbal altercation with D1. V1 didn't like how D1 was speaking to his mother so he intervened. This angered D1 so he retrieved a large blade and put it to V1's throat threatening to kill him. D2 observed this occurring and assisted in grabbing V1 and restraining him while D1 held the knife. D2 then grabbed an electronic weapon and began using it on V1 while he was restrained. V1 was able to remove himself and call 911 for assistance.

V1, D1 and their family were out at the movies for a family night out. While leaving, D1 began disrespecting his mother, which angered V1. V1 approached D1 to tell him to stop, at which point D1 swung at V1 attempting to punch him in the face, but missed. This caused the two to be involved in a physical altercation which eventually was broken up by family. D1 was taken into custody.

V1 is biological mother to D1. D1 aggressively grabbed, slapped, and kicked V1 after becoming upset about his breakfast options and getting dressed for the day. V1's clothes had dirt marks and shoes prints on them as a result of D1's actions. V1 did not sustain any injuries from the incident. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

Deputy Rivera and his trainee, Deputy Gomez-Lopez, responded to the above address to investigate a battery complaint. Upon their arrival, they contacted D1 at the front door. D1 was not compliant with them and retreated deeper into the home after closing the door. D1 then returned and produced a handgun, which he discharged, striking Deputy Rivera in the shoulder and leg. Deputy Rivera returned fire before being evacuated by other responding deputies and was transported to Halifax Hospital in Deltona for treatment.

Numerous deputies and officers from surrounding agencies responded to the scene and quickly established a perimeter, containing D1 within the home. Members of various specialized units, including SWAT, Crisis Negotiations, Crime Scene, and Major Case, responded. D1 eventually exited the residence and attempted to enter a vehicle parked in the driveway but was taken into custody without further incident. D1 sustained no injuries during the incident.

Deputy Rivera was later transferred to Halifax Hospital in Daytona by Air One. He remains in stable condition. No other deputies were injured during the incident.

V1 left the residence on 2/28/2026 at approximately 18:30 hours and returned on 3/1/2026 at 11:15 hours to find the home burglarized. Entry was made through a back window and the rear sliding glass door. Stolen items included designer shoes, designer purses, and various jewelry, valued at approximately $15,000. During the investigation, deputies identified a residence, a vehicle, and two suspects. Consent was obtained at the suspect residence, and some of the stolen property was recovered. Upon completion of the investigation, two SA707s will be completed charging S1 and S2 with burglary of a dwelling and grand theft.

V1, who is the son of D1, entered the back patio to look for a pickleball paddle. D1 saw V1 making a mess, became upset, and hit V1 on the back with an open hand. Deputies observed redness on V1's back. D1 was arrested for domestic battery and transported to VCBJ.

On 03/01/2026, V1 entered her gray Infiniti SUV and noticed her black Springfield Mod 2 firearm missing from the center console. V1 stated she last saw it on Friday night. The firearm was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. V2 also discovered two credit/debit cards missing from his wallet left inside the unlocked vehicle the was parked next to V1's car. Both V1's and V2's vehicles were unlocked. The timeframe and circumstances are consistent with the car breaks in VSO Case #26004195.
