The speaker was intentionally placed facing V1's home. D1 was contacted and admitted to attempting to harassing his neighbor with the speaker. D1 was arrested for Simple Stalking.

V1 advised D1 was destroying items inside the cottage since 0615 hours and refusing to following staff instructions. V1 stated D1 picked up a piece of broken glass from the frames and threatened to cut V1 and V2's throats during the altercation. V1 and V2 were in fear of D1 carrying out her threat due to her violence. During the investigation, it was determined D1 committed aggravated assault against V1 and V2 and was placed under arrest. D1 was transported to the VFRC for further processing. Director Quann was made aware of the incident.

V1 advised on November 04, 2025, at approximately 1900 hours V1 parked her Nissan passenger car in the driveway of her residence. V1 stated on November 05, 2025, at approximately 0700 hours, V1 discovered damage to the front of her vehicle, the passenger mirror detached and mud on the front bumper. V1 asked D1 how the damage got there and he initially denied but admitted to taking the vehicle without permission after the sheriffs office was notified. During the investigation, it was determined that D1 committed a burglary, auto theft, and criminal mischief. D1 was transported to the VFRC for further processing. Director Quann was made of the incident.

V1 and D1 got into a verbal argument while driving. V1 stated D1 told him to stop the vehicle prior to the location so D1 could throw a Styrofoam cup at his person. V1 said the styrofoam broke and spilled on the console which escalated the argument further. V1 stated D1 exited the vehicle and threw a pumpkin ornament at his vehicle which caused over $2000.00 in damage. During the investigation, it was determined D1 committed criminal mischief and battery against V1. D1 was placed under arrest and transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.

R1 arrived at Wes Crile Park with her children to meet her husband, V1, who was already there in a red Tesla. She found the car locked, unlocked it with her app, and discovered V1 unresponsive and not breathing. R1 called 911. Deputies began chest compressions until EMS arrived and transported V1 to 802, where he was pronounced deceased. Witnesses said V1 was seen earlier smoking what appeared to be cannabis. R1 reported V1 had a history of seizures and high blood pressure. Deputies found a possible white powder and suspected cannabis in the vehicle. CID was notified and responded to the scene.

D1 and V1 are married and reside together at the LOI.  D1 and V1 were in an argument and D1 started to pick up a table to throw it.  V1 was in fear of D1 throwing the table and attempted to restrain her from breaking and/or throwing items.  D1 in turn started to punch V1 repeatedly in the chest.  The incident was witnessed by W1.  D1 was arrested and charged with battery.

**CBA- Burglary/Stolen Vehicle/K9 Bite**

V1 arrived home and observed his vehicle was missing, V1 checked his house and observed the keys were missing from within his bedroom. V1 notified law enforcement and believed it was D1 who currently lives on the property in a trailer but has never had permission to drive the vehicle or enter the residence. Deputies recieved an additional call of a male and a truck matching the description of D1 and V1's truck. Deputies arrived on scene and D1 had went into the store and fled out the back door setting of the alarm. Deputies set up a perimeter, Air 1 and K9 responded. D1 was apprehended by K9 without incident. D1 claimed no injuries from the apprehension and was evaluated by VCFR on scene. D1 was subsequently charged for burglary, grand theft of motor vehicle and resisting. D1 was transported to the VCBJ.

V1 and N1, married two years, argued throughout the day. While waiting for a call from V1's therapist, the argument escalated. N1 stated V1 was recently depressed and possible suicidal. V1 retrieved a firearm from outside. N1, fearing for her safety, retreated to her bedroom and then to the restroom as V1 followed, forcing open doors. V1 asked N1 to look at him, then shot himself in the head. CID and the Watch Commander responded. V1 was transported to CFR and later succumbed to his injuries.

V1 and D1 reside together as a family unit and have children in common. V1 arrived home from work and was sitting in her car when she was approached by D1, who was accusing her of infedelity. V1 asked D1 to go away due to his behavior and advised she was going to contact law enforcement. D1 then attempted to grab V1's phone and in the process scratched her arm. D1 was able to obtain V1's phone and prior to retreating to the residence D1  attempted to shut the car door striking V1's leg. V1 eventually went back into the residence and was able to obtain her cell phone at which point she contacted law enforcement. D1 was found to be the primary aggresor and was transported to the VCBJ.
