D1 did not like the way V1 was talking to his mother, so he grabbed V1 by the shirt and hair and proceeded to push her against a wall.

V1 had redness and slight swelling but refused medical attention. D1 was subsequently arrested for battery (domestic violence).

Upon return to the store, R1 noted the vehicle was gone. R1 contacted his Dollar General employer and was advised the vehicle was tracked to a rest stop on I-4 in the Longwood area.

R1 responded to the area and observed the vehicle at the rest stop unoccupied. Contact was made with Seminole County SO, who advised R1 to contact VSO to report the theft. CSU responded to the rest stop and processed the vehicle.

A ball accidentally hit V1 on the hand, knocking her phone out of her hand. V1 advised D1 and D2 then started a physical altercation by striking her in the head and person.

V1 complied, then contacted his son and realized it was a scam. He then reported it to law enforcement. Case status: Active.
