V1 and D1 are a married couple.  A verbal altercation in their car turned physical when D1 punched V1 in the head.  V1 was unable to get out of the car as D1 would not stop, so she jumped out at a stop sign. D1 then tried to hit V1 with the vehicle before leaving the scene.  Deputies subsequently located D1, and he (D1) was arrested for all applicable offenses.

V1 received threatening text messages from his wife's ex-husband D1. D1 sent multiple text messages stating he was going to break V1's jaw and V1 stated he was afraid of D1. Deputies made contact with D1 via phone, who admitted to sending messages. An affidavit for written threats to harm was filed with SAO.

V1 called R1 complaining about his medical situation and stated he was going to do something about it. While on the phone R1 heard a gunshot. LEO arrived on scene and discovered V1 deceased in a chair in the front yard with a gunshot wound to the head. CID was notified and assumed the investigation. WC and COC were notified.

V1 reported an unknown subject forcefully opened the electric gate located at 4085 Boy Scout Camp Road causing damage rendering it inoperable. The estimated cost for repair was $1200.00. This is the third reported incident involving damage to the gate however it does not appear to be the same person causing the damage that has been previously reported.
