V1 was driven home by V2. V1's live in boyfriend, D1, exited the trailer and smacked V1's phone out of her hands, and it struck her in the face. D1 then walked off. V1 placed her phone wallet on the passenger seat of V2's truck before entering the trailer to retrieve more of her property. While V1 was inside, D1 returned and took V1's property from inside V2's vehicle which was witnessed by V2. D1 then left the scene before returning a short time later. Deputies later located V1's phone in the woods near W Brooks Cir and Ward Dr. V1 and V2 both wished to pursue charges. D1 was placed under arrest.
