V1 and W1 arrived to W1's residence in a vehicle that belonged to V2. S1 observed  W1 in the vehicle with V1 while riding his bicycle near her residence. W1 got out and walked to her house when S1 got off his bike and charged V1 while sitting in the driver seat of the vehicle. V1 stayed in the car and rolled up the window while S1 struck the vehicle with a bladed weapon damaging the vehicle and attempted to open the door. S1 advised he would kill V1 then left the area. V1 & D1 were in a verbal argument until D1 struck V1 across the face with an open hand. Deputies arrived and observed significant redness to the left side of V1's face. D1 also had some scratches on his arm but was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested.

Unknown subjects entered V1s backyard, punctured his above ground pool causing it to flood into his home. Additionally, the subjects attempted to pry open his locked shed damaging it along with an additional shed and fence on the property. V1 estimated the damage to his property to be approximately $10,000. A canvass was completed which yielded negative results at this time. V1s neighbor at 421 Bali Ter, Deltona also had damage done to their fence as well (Case #250016378)
