V1 and D1 are roommates and were in a verbal altercation due to the use of a leaf blower.  The altercation escalated when D1 pushed V1 to the ground and began punching him. 

V1 had injuries consistent with his statement. D1 was subsequently arrested for Simple Battery.

Both V1 and D1 were at the location with other friends drinking alcohol and playing video games. 

D1 began to get upset so decided to leave and get a firearm.  D1 returned and turned his aggression toward V1 (and V1's) vehicle. 

A verbal altercation turned violent when D1 fired a round (grazing V1's head) and V1 stabbed D1 in the stomach in self-defense.  Neither V1’s nor D1's injuries were life- threatening and D1 was subsequently arrested for the applicable offense.

On-call CID and CSU responded to aid in the investigation.

A verbal altercation turned somewhat physical when D1 threw a glass at V1 (breaking against the wall behind her). 

While the glass did not hit V1, shards of glass shattered did hit her.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.
