O1 and O2 are brother and sister. O1 allowed his sister to stay with him for two days and O2 began starting arguments "disturbing his peaceful residence". O1 asked and told his sister to leave several times. O2 said she was calling the cops and O1 fled the scene due to his active warrant. Upon law enforcement arrival O2 alleged O1 grabbed her by the hair and ears. Deputies investigated the incident and determined there was no third-party witness and no evidence of a battery occurring. Deputies were also on scene shortly after the call was.

This was documented for information, and no probable cause was found for an arrest. O1 was later arrested for his open warrant out of Georgia with full extradition.
