V1 (staff member of DJJ) was collecting food trays when D1 decided to run out of her unit and shut V1's hand in the door when V1 tried to stop her. D1 ran into the main area where she grabbed a crate and attacked V2 (an inmate) for unknown reason. She then threw a crate at V1. V1 and V2 sustained minor injuries. D1 remained at DJJ and was charged accordingly.

V1 reported D1 forced entry to the front door of the residence armed with a knife. D1 then arrived at V1's bedroom door and forced entry to it as well, and assaulted V1 with the knife threatening to kill her. D1 was contacted upon deputies' arrival and taken into custody without incident. It was learned D1 is a family member of the homeowner (who does not reside at the LOI) and arrived with the intent to forcefully evict the residents who are allegedly squatters/transient occupants. The knife used was allegedly deposited in the vehicle D1 arrived in. The vehicle was towed to VSO evidence for execution of a search warrant to recover the knife.

V1 and D1 were in a dating relationship for years which had ended approximately four months ago. When V1 obtained a new boyfriend, D1 began cyberstalking V1. Since 01/29, D1 had sent 80 text messages, called 72 times, and sent 27 e-mails to V1 that all went unanswered by V1. The communication served no legitimate purpose, and the content of the communication caused substantial emotional distress to V1. D1 was arrested at his place of employment and taken to jail without incident.
