V1 was released from the Branch Jail on Fri 08/08/2025 around 2100 hours. No one has heard from or seen V1 since he was arrested. V1 has a diagnosis of an intellectual/learning disability and is a sex offender. V1 is fully deaf with no hearing aids, is illiterate, and has a brain aneurysm which requires close medical monitoring. V1 is a W/M, 6'01'', 150-160 lbs, with white hair and brown eyes, unknown clothing. All attempts have been made to locate with negative results. V1 was entered as missing and an NC4 bulletin was made.

V1 reported he contacted a 'CoinBase' help phone number online to assist him with his cryptocurrency transactions. V1 provided all of his CoinBase account information leading to the unknown subject(s) withdrawing $3,700 of cryptocurrency from V1's CoinBase wallet into another wallet/account. Financial Crimes Unit Sergeant was advised of the event and will conduct follow-up.

T/L- 08/07/25 @ 0600 hours.  Prior to committing DV robbery, DV battery (2nd subsequent offense), and depriving his (D1's) wife of the use of 911 (VSO 25-16220), D1 decided he was tired of walking and stole V1's bicycle from the LOI.  Deputies found V1's stolen bicycle at D1's residence and it was recovered.  In addition to his (D1's) DV charges, he (D1) was arrested for thievery.
