During a road rage incident, V1 reported that D1 brandished a double-barreled handgun and pointed it at him. V1 obtained a digital photograph of D1 and the associated license plate. The photograph also showed a small handgun positioned in the motorcycle's cupholder. D1 later agreed to meet with deputies and stated that he had removed the handgun from his pocket and placed it into the cupholder. The handgun was recovered and submitted into Evidence. D1 was subsequently arrested and charged accordingly. A Risk Protection Order (RPO) will be completed and submitted.

On October 10, 2026, D1, currently incarcerated at the Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility, approached V1, a staff member and counselor at the facility, and forcibly removed an item from V1's hand. D1 was subsequently arrested and charged. Because D1 is over the age of 18, D1 was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail for further processing.

V1 and D1 are in a dating relationship and reside together as a family unit. During an argument, D1 threw a glass at V1, causing the liquid inside to splash onto V1. D1 then fled the residence and was later located by deputies. D1 was arrested and charged accordingly.

V1 and O1 had just picked up D1 from the FRC from a previous arrest. Upon leaving the FRC D1 wanted her phone back at which time she was told no. D1 tried to open the door to get out of the moving vehicle at which time V1 pulled in the parking lot of the LOI. D1 then got into the front seat and began striking V1 in the face and private regions. D1 tried to run and then continued to fight until LEO arrived on scene and secured D1.

D1 is dating V1's mother and they all reside together as a family unit. D1 got upset and began gathering V1's belongings in an attempt to kick her out. V1 told him no at which time D1 grabbed V1 by the arms and threw her onto the bed. D1 then pinned V1 on the bed with his body weight temporarily until he got up to leave. D1 was located later in the shift and taken into custody without incident. Director Quann notified of incident.

V1 reported that while conducting door-door sales for AT&T at the listed location of incident, S1 engaged in unwanted physical contact by touching her chest and kissing her forehead without her consent. V1 provided a sworn statement and positively identified S1 in a photo lineup. No physical evidence was available. Contact was made with S1, who denied the allegations. The affidavit was forwarded to the State Attorney's Office for review and consideration.
