**DV/Violation of Pre-trial release for Domestic Violence**

V1, R1, and S1 have been on and off of an intimate relationship for the past four years.  S1 was arrested on 08/03/2026 for domestic violence with V1. V1 will stay with R1 at his residence during the week.  On 08/05/2026, S1 was released from jail and returned to the residence to gather his belongings.  VC Judge issued a no contact order for S1 which states, S1 will not come within 500 feet of current or future residence, current or future place of employment, and current or specified place frequented by V1. A pass along affidavit was completed for S1.

V1 discovered his Vizio television missing from his residence. No signs of forced entry were observed. V1 believed his roommate was involved; however, he was unable to provide any evidence. Deputies canvassed the area and spoke with V1's roommate but were unable to develop any further leads at this time. The television was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.

R1 reported that a self-checkout employee informed him that a male, later identified as S1, had only scanned three items but left the store with additional items in his bags. S1 passed all points of sale before exiting the store. He is recognized as a known shoplifter at the business. The total value of the stolen items was $191.56. A pass on affidavit has been completed.

R1 reported that an unknown Hispanic male, wearing a white hat, a blue short-sleeve button-up shirt over a black undershirt, navy blue shorts, and black-and-white shoes, exited the business with a shopping cart full of items without making any payment. The total value of the stolen items was $547.85.  A photo of S1 has been obtained, and the bulletin has been completed. Case Active.

 V1 reported that his ex-girlfriend, S1, continues to call and text him repeatedly. He stated that he has told her numerous times to stop contacting him, but she has not complied. Deputies attempted to reach S1, but their efforts were unsuccessful. They also contacted S1's family members in an attempt to locate her. V1 expressed his desire to pursue charges against her. A pass on affidavit was completed.

R1 reported while sitting around the community pool at the apartment complex, he observed five children damage a pool side table by breaking off the legs and throwing the legs of the table into the pool. Deputy Banks did not observe any items in the water which would be consistent of the legs of the chair, however; did observe a small table which was upside down with two legs missing. An attempt was made to contact the apartment complex staff but met with negative results.

V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument over D1's cell phone and putting the phone away for the evening.  D1 became upset and pushed V1 to the ground inside of the residence.  V1 was not injured from the fall and did not require any medical attention.  D1 was transported to the FRC.  Director Quann was notified.
