D1 got extremely intoxicated while at home and became aggressive. V1 observed V3 attempting to restrain D1 and D1 pulling V3's hair.
V1 attempted to intervene to protect V3; D1 then struck V1 in the privates and head. D1 then attempted to leave the residence via her vehicle but V3 and W1 hid her keys.
D1 continued being aggressive and put V3 in a rear neck chokehold but he was able to prevent her from restricting his air supply.

O1, O2, O3 and O4 were on the bus ride home when O1 stated he was going to bring a gun to school Monday.
O2, O3 and O4 immediately reported the comment to R1, who notified the school. Deputies attempted to contact O1, but his mother refused to allow them to speak with him. However, O1's mother, O5, confirmed he was upset for some unknown reason and made the statement of bringing a gun to school Monday.
O5 claimed R1 and O1 did not get along but was unsure if R1 caused O1's anger and statement. O5 stated she did own firearms but O1 does not have access to them as they are in a locked safe.
Deputies contacted O2, O3 and O4, who were unable to provide any additional information apart from hearing the statement.
The school was notified and an administrative search of O1 will be conducted Monday when he reports to school. Director Quann was notified. Due to the statement being vague and not directed at anyone specific, no probable cause existed to charge O1. The incident was documented and forwarded to the SRD supervisors for review.
