V1 discovered S1 had cheated on her and told him she wanted a divorce. This angered D1 and instructed V1 she needed to leave the residence. V1 refused to leave at which point he grabbed her by the neck and strangled her. V1 in fear left the residence and went to a friend's residence in Deltona. There was probable cause for the arrest of S1 and when deputies went to the address S1 did not open the door. A pass on affidavit was completed in attempt to locate and arrest S1. Subject was located and taken into custody.
