V1 and S1, who were long-time co-habitant and were romantically involved, where S1 texted V1 that he was going to her residence to harm her and damage her vehicles. W1 observed S1 walking toward the residence where he later fled. S1 was on active probation with a stipulation that he was to have no contact with V1. V1 further disclosed that S1 has threatened her and came to her residence in the past causing a disturbance. Deputies responded to the area and were unable locate S1. Case is Active.

V1 showed up to Enterprise Elementary with bruises and marks on her face. When questioned by school administrators she told them “My daddy said if I tell you the truth I will be taken away and placed into a new home and never see my mom again”. V1 however felt comfortable enough to inform them her stepfather, D1, hit her approximately 17 times on Monday. V1 had bruising and marks not only to her face but her arms and right buttocks. V1 advised her mother, D2, was on scene and present but never intervened. D1 arrived to the school and quickly after initial questioning became uncooperative. D2 showed up once alerted to D1 being 10/15 and admitted to being present during the incident and corroborated V1's allegation of the altercation. D2 initially defended D1's allegations but when questioned about the injuries sustained she admitted he “might have” took it too far. However, D2 purposely kept V1 home from school on Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid the incident being discovered and never sought any medical care. Deputies determined probable cause existed to charge and arrest D1 with child abuse and D2 with child neglect. DCF has custody of the child and is working on placement. Director Quann is aware.

V1 was at home when he heard banging outside. When he looked outside, it was his ex-girlfriend and child's mother. D1 then entered into the screen porch area in the rear of the residence and grabbed a torch wrench valued at $800 and began banging on the rear door where V1 was located. D1 then forced entry into V1's room where she began to scratch and bite V1 leaving visible injuries. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

V1 advised on 04/11/2026 at approximately 2236 hours she observed her dogs had gotten out of their backyard and despite her efforts she was able to locate all of her dogs aside from one. V1 advised her dog Archer was unable to be located. V1 was contacted by an unknown male on 04/12/2026 at 1200 hours stating he found Archer and he needed surgery due to being struck by a car. The unknown male sent an AI generated photo of Archer on an operating table and stated V1 would need to pay for the surgery, that was approximately $2,746.00 and would need to be in the form of a CVS gift card further advising her to send the gift card barcode to an email. V1 did not send any money due to her being aware it was most likely a scam. V1 was notified by a neighbor they observed an unknown female was seen grabbing Archer and loaded him into an unidentifed sedan. At this time Deputies are working on additional leads and will follow up. UPDATE: Archer was located and returned home safe.

V1 was traveling northbound on SR415 in the area of Lemon Bluff Road when he was passed by a white Honda Civic passenger car. The Honda then pulled directly in front of V1's vehicle and D1 proceeded to “brake check” V1 multiple times. V1 was able to pass D1's vehicle, at which time he noted D1 was the sole occupant of the vehicle and D1 was pointing a firearm towards him. As V1 accelerated his vehicle he heard what sounded like a gunshot. V1 proceeded to the area of SR415 and Osceola Tram where he inspected his vehicle and found the right rear tire flat. Deputies identified D1 and made contact with him at his residence. D1 admitted to a “road rage” incident in which he stated he pointed to a firearm but did not brandish or point it towards anyone. CSU responded and recovered a projectile from V1's right rear tire. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly following a show up identification by V1. CID responded and took over the investigation.

V1 stated she was pulled from the bed by D1 and thrown against a wall. D1 denied the allegations but V1 had injuries consistent with her statement. V1 denied medical attention and D1 was subsequently arrested for robbery by sudden snatching and battery (DV).

D1 advised he wished to go to school while V1 advised she wanted to speak with the University HS SRD prior to D1 returning to school. D1 then took hold of V1's arms while attempting to push/pull her out of his way. This action was corroborated by both involved parties. D1 was subsequently taken into custody and charged accordingly. No injuries reported by either party. Director Quann and DCF were notified of the incident.

D1 was in an altercation with a child, V1 in front of Galaxy Middle School, on the sidewalk. D1 was confronting V1 because V1 reportedly wanted to fight D1's son. During the confrontation, D1 battered V1 by grabbing V1 by the shirt and arms. V1 was not injured but was visibly shaken by the incident. There were multiple witnesses to the incident. Deputies later contacted D1 at his house and arrested him from child abuse.

V1 ended her relationship with D1, who became upset and went to her residence. D1 banged on the door, prompting V2 to look outside. V2 saw D1 pull a rifle from his pants and demand to speak with V1. Fearing for her safety, V2 did not open the door, and D1 left the area. D1 later called V1 multiple times, causing her emotional distress. Deputies conducted an area search with negative results. D1 was found to reside in Sanford, and Seminole County was notified to attempt contact and locate him. Sanford PD was able to locate D1 and he was placed into custody and the firearm was recovered. Deputies with the assistance of Sanford PD completed an out of county arrest and D1 was transported to the John E Polk Correctional Facility upon the completion of paperwork.

V1, V2, V3 and D1 either previously or currently live together as a family unit. On 04/11/2026 they were having a family gathering and D1, who had been drinking prior, got upset for an unknown reason and slapped V1 across the face, knocking his glasses off, which was witnessed by V2. V1 decided to leave to and never notified law enforcement. V2 and V3 stayed at their residence with D1. D1 then continued to get agitated, grabbed V2 and proceeded to throw her to the ground at which point D1 began slamming her head into a wooden fireplace. V3 tried to intervene at which point D1 grabbed V3 by the neck and got slammed into the wall. D1 then left with his fiancé and went to seek medical treatment for an injury to his arm. V2 and V3 also went to obtain medical treatment. At this point no one involved contacted law enforcement. V2 and V3 returned home and went to bed. D1 returned home with his fiancé around 0730 hours today. V2 notified V1 of D1's return and informed him of last night's incident at which point V1 contacted law enforcement. Deputies made contact with V1 and V2 at which point Deputies observed dried blood in V2's hair and face, swelling and bruising to her right eye and she had multiple stitches on her forehead. V2 informed Deputies V3 also had 10 stitches to the back of his head from the incident which were observed later once contact was made. Deputies established there was probable cause for an arrest but were made aware D1 had access to firearms and is known to be violent. Deputies got containment on the house, established a receiving team utilizing K9, and were able to make entry and make contact with D1 along with V3 and D1's fiancée. D1 was placed into custody and later transported to the VCBJ. The Watch Commander was made aware and responded to the scene.

V1, V2, V3 and D1 reside together as a family unit. V1 and D1 are currently going through relationship issues. V1, V2, and V3 all stayed together and away from the residence last night due to being in fear of D1. V1, V2 and V3 arrived home because they knew D1 would be at church and wanted to grab some belongings and shower. While walking towards the building D1 pulled up in the parking lot and began to engage in a verbal altercation. V1, V2 and V3 were in fear and took off running towards the building at which point D1 began running after them and threatening to kill them with a metal baseball bat in hand. Deputies made contact with an independent witness who corroborated V1, V2 and V3's allegations. D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and was subsequently transported to the VCBJ. D1 was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse.

V1 and D1 share children in common and were meeting at 3400 Howland Blvd., for a child exchange. D1 questioned V1 about the whereabouts of their other child. V1 informed D1 the child was not with him. D1 became upset and retrieved pepper spray from her vehicle and sprayed V1 in the face. D1 then fled the scene but was later located by District 2 deputies and D1 was taken into custody. V1 sustained minor irritation and discomfort as a result of being sprayed by the chemical agent. V1 was treated on scene by Deltona Fire Rescue. The incident was witnessed by an independent third party who completed a sworn statement. All necessary paperwork was completed and D1 was transported to the jail. Case Status: CBA.
