V1 and D1 got into a verbal argument over D1 throwing V1's clothing in the trash. V1 told D1 if he did not bring her clothes back, she would notify law enforcement and D1 snatched the phone from her hands preventing her from calling the sheriff's office. During the investigation, it was determined that D1 committed robbery by sudden snatching and tampering with a victim. Deputies were called back to residence for a disturbance call and made contact with D1. D1 was placed under arrest and transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.

During the investigation, it was determined that S1 committed simple battery, and a charging affidavit was completed. Deputies attempted to located S1 which yielded negative results.

Deputies followed up with a missing suicidal person, D1(VP250012049).  Upon locating D1 she implemented V1 as a suspect in a dating violence incident.  Further investigation revealed V1 and D1 were at Buzzards Bar at approximately 0230 am, where D1 threw a beer bottle at V1 striking him in his head.  A witness confirmed V1's account and D1 was arrested.  D1 was charged accordingly.

Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with V1 who advised on June 09, 2025, at approximately 1200 hours, he parked his 2024 grey in color Kia 4 door. V1 stated at approximately 1235 hours, he exited the store and returned to his residence. On June 10, 2025, at approximately 0245 hours, he entered his vehicle and discovered his Taurus G380 missing from the back seat. The firearm was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. This case is still active to Deputy Clark for follow-ups.
