V1 and D1 are a married couple. V1 stated that they were involved in a verbal argument with D1 regarding infidelity. V1 reported that they were seated in the living room, away from D1, when D1 approached and threw a cup of water into V1's face. Deputies observed that V1's face was still wet upon arrival. D1 admitted to splashing the water on V1.

V1 was in a verbal argument with D1 over infidelity and him having HIV. V1 sought cover in the bedroom and D1 charged in after her. V1 attempted to shut the door as D1 grabbed her left wrist and tried to pull her out of the room causing redness to V1's left wrist and an abrasion above the elbow on the bicep consistent with her arm being pulled around the door.

V1 advised he was fishing at the pier next to Goodrich's Seafood when he was approached by three unknown W/M's in their late teens. V1 stated two of the males began to shove him and accused him to talking to one their girlfriends at the Dollar General. V1 said the two males began to punch him repeatedly. V1 was able to retreat back to his vehicle and left the area. V1 was not able to provide any physical descriptions except for one of them wearing pants with holes. Deputies will follow up during the day to see if the suspects can be identified or locate any witnesses to the incident.

D1, who is a transient, was discovered inside the school by staff stealing food and cleaning supplies. A makeshift bed was discovered in the kitchens of the school. D1 was immediately apprehended by Deputy Graham. When interviewed, D1 stated that he rented a room, and did not find it strange that he was sleeping in an elementary school kitchen. He then admitted to jumping the fence and entering through an unlocked door in the courtyard.

V1 went to his pasture to check on the property. He found his Stay-Rite well pump missing and the pressure tank damaged. He last saw the items intact approximately 2 months ago. The pump was valued at $500 and the tank was valued at $200. V1 suspected S1 who frequents the area and is a known drug user and thief. S1 was contacted, and admitted to trespassing on V1's property to pick "cabbage palms," but denied any knowledge of the theft or vandalism.
