D1 arrived at V1's residence to return W1's vehicle as well as to look for W3 (ex-girlfriend).  D1 became angry when he observed W3 in V1's truck.  D1 picked a wooden 4 foot 2x2 and began hitting the driver's side door while V1 was sitting in the driver's seat.  D1 attempted to hit V1 but was unsuccessful.  D1 was in fear for his life and drove away with W2 and W3.  D1 was arrested for Aggravated Assault.

D1 and V1 are involved in a romantic relationship for the past three years. D1 and V1 were at Rockville and began to argue. The two separated for several hours over the altercation. When D1 found V1 he walked up to her and forcefully pushed her in front of several witnesses. D1 was charged and later taken to the VCBJ.
