New Smyrna Beach PD had a burglary in progress in their jurisdiction. Deputies assisted in locating the vehicle which then fled to I-95. The vehicle was later located and apprehended in Flagler County with the assistance of multiple jurisdictions. The stolen money was recovered from within the vehicle.

A charging affidavit was completed on D1, who fled from Deputy Edwards.

V1 responded to a Facebook ad for livestock and sent the suspect/seller who was in Tennessee money via a cash app.

The victim then received another request for more money to be sent to a different account, which he refused to send. The victim has reached out to the company but was unable to make contact.

The victim has not received a refund nor his livestock at this time.

V1 and D1 were in a verbal altercation about selling the family dog. D1 wanted the buyer's information but V1 initially refused. D1 snatched V1's phone from her hand and a physical altercation ensued.

D1 was subsequently arrested for Simple Battery (DV).

V1 came home to find D1 inside the residence, using narcotics and drinking soda out of V1’s refrigerator.  V1 recognized D1 as a homeless woman who wanders around the neighborhood and has never been invited to V1’s home.

After V1 interrupted D1 being unlawfully in V1’s house, D1 fled on foot. D1 was later found in the 2100 block of Colonial Drive. D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and transported to VCBJ.

V1 and S1 were in a verbal altercation. V1 walked into his residence and locked the door,  leaving S1 outside. V1 heard banging outside his residence so he opened the door and observed S1 driving away.

V1 discovered his vehicle had new damage to the hood.  S1 later texted V1, admitting she hit V1's vehicle. Deputies attempted to locate S1 but with negative results. A pass-on affidavit was left for the oncoming shift.
