Son (NOK) and Nephew spoke with V1 around 1800 hours. They came over to check on him and located V1 on the floor in the bathroom unresponsive. V1 had a needle in his hand and there was additional paraphernalia along with a baggie containing a white powdery substance in it sitting on the bathroom sink. Lifesaving efforts were attempted with negative results. On call CID was notified and responded. WC made aware.

V1 and D1 are married. V1 and D1 were coming home from a party when D1 struck V1 in the face while V1 was driving. V1 had visible injuries ad D1 admitting to hitting V1. D1 was arrested without incident.
