V1 and D1 are girlfriend/boyfriend, live together as a family unit and V1 is 17 weeks’ pregnant with D1's child.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 punched V1 in the arm. 

When V1 tried to call for help, D1 took her phone from her person and threw it on the ground.  D1 was arrested for all applicable offenses and taken to VCBJ.

A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 slapped V1 in the face.  D1 was arrested for Felony Battery (2nd subsequent offense) and taken to VCBJ.

V1 and D1 used to be girlfriend/boyfriend, but never lived together as a family unit.  D1 began sending V1 threatening text messages and then came over, uninvited.  After V1 opened the front door, a verbal altercation ensued. 

V1 tried to close the door, which D1 prevented, and then D1 reached inside the house and slapped V1 in the face.  D1 was arrested on all applicable charges and taken to VCBJ.

D1 has been stalking V1 at her home and now at her friend's residence. D1 had attempted to contact V1 numerous times via in-person, text, telephone and third party.

D1 was subsequently located by deputies, arrested for the applicable charge and transported  to VCBJ.
