V1 and D1 are roommates who reside in the same trailer. V1 was in her room and D1 came inside striking V1 on her head for an unknown reason. V1 called 911 and deputies observed a contusion on her head. D1 was found to be the primary aggressor, and he was arrested.

V1's tow behind RV was burglarized. V1 discovered several of his belongings, including the refrigerator, sitting outside of the RV. Upon further inspection of the lot, three other RVs, one enclosed trailer, and one boat were also entered. A hole in the fence to the lot and personal belongings from the RVs were also discovered. Forced entry was made to all of the locks of the RVs.

The owner of the boat, and owner of the trailer did not wish to pursue charges. CID and CSU were notified and CSU responded to process the RVs and scene. Case status: Active.

R1 contacted deputies after locating V1 outside of his tent with multiple stab wounds. R1 yelled for O1 to help V1 until law enforcement arrived. V1 was transported to Halifax Hospital for further medical treatment. WC, CID, and Crime Scene all responded to the scene. Case status: Active.

CST provided security for the annual “Hands Up, Guns Down” event at the fairgrounds, followed by an unsanctioned afterparty in the Spring Hill area. Upon dispersing the crowd, CST conducted a traffic stop on a reckless vehicle.  The driver was arrested and found to be in possession of over 17G of crack cocaine, 13G of Fentanyl, and $2400 in currency.  Deputies also located an unresponsive overdose victim in the vehicle who was revived with Narcan.

D-1 and V-1 are father and son. D-1 recently got out of jail and began acting erratic toward V-1 and other family members on scene. D-1 proceeded to slap V-1, which W-1 witnessed. Deputies established probable cause and placed D-1 under arrest, charged him accordingly, and transported him to the VCBJ.

V1 and S1 were in a verbal argument during the early morning hours, which turned physical when S1 began to punch and kick her. V1 later received medical treatment, at which time she contacted VSO. S1 fled the scene prior to deputies arrival, and he was unable to be located. A pass-on affidavit was completed for DV Simple Battery, and an NC4 bulletin was completed and disseminated.
