T/L- 01/01/2026.  D1, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, showed up to the LOI and accused someone there of owing him money.  This led to D1 chasing V1 with a knife, putting V1 in a well-founded fear.  D1 was unable to harm V1, and D1 subsequently left on a bicycle.  Deputies located D1, who stated someone at the LOI “had been using computers to do this to us,” and he was arrested without incident.
