V1 and D1 are husband/wife who live together as a family unit. V1 and D1 are going through a divorce and were having a verbal argument about V1 packing her belongings. D1 attempted to show V1 his new girlfriend however V1 did not want to see. D1 proceeded to force V1 to look at the photos by forcing her eye lids open and grabbing her. V1 fled the house with minor injuries and D1 was eventually contacted and arrested for battery (DV).
