V1 and V2 were at the LOI for a New Years celebration and V1 was attacked by S1 after using the bathroom. S2 and S3 joined in the fight and attacked V1 while she is on the ground. S4 initially attempted to break up the fight but was later observed punching V1 multiple times. S5 and S6 attacked V2 at the same time. The altercation was captured on video via cell phone camera and later posted online by any unknown party. V1 sustained multiple injuries including a dislocated shoulder and possibly a concussion. Additional medical evaluation is currently being conducted on V1. V2 sustained minor injuries. Case active.

R1 found V1 unresponsive on his back porch. EMS arrived and requested assistance. Deputies observed V1 facedown with evidence on scene consistent with a fall. V1, age 31, has a history of seizures. WC3, CID, and Crime Scene were notified and responded. Nothing suspicious was observed on scene. An autopsy will be performed.
