Deputies responded to a fight at McDonald's (1075 Williamsburg Pl). V1 Reyes advised D1 Smith and D2 Davis entered the store, began yelling at V1 and O1 De Leon, then attacked O1. V1 was struck while attempting to intervene. O1 is disabled and declined charges; V1 provided a sworn statement and wished to pursue. Photos taken and uploaded. Post‑Miranda, D1 and D2 claimed O1 initiated the confrontation with a cane. Scene showed debris consistent with a prolonged fight. V1 and O1 stated D1 and D2 returned and threw a chair, wet floor sign, and cup at O1. Witness O2 Rought provided a sworn statement corroborating V1. Probable cause established; D1 and D2 arrested for battery and transported to VCBJ.

V1 reported that a black 80" CAT grapple arm, valued at $5,000, was stolen from a residence under construction sometime between March 14 at approximately 1800 hours and March 16. A neighborhood canvas was completed, and possible video surveillance was located for follow-up. V1 is attempting to obtain the serial number so the item can be entered into FCIC/NCIC.
