Date Added: May 04, 2025 11:22 am

Earl Myers has been arrested again after driving around with a fictitious tag and refusing to comply with deputies.

Arrested 10 days ago for the same thing, Myers was out on bond Saturday evening when a deputy saw his truck with a "DOT Exempt" tag bearing "PR1V4T3."

During the initial stop, Myers stated he was "traveling" and refused to provide the deputy with his license, registration, and insurance. So the deputy called in additional units and assisted Myers out of the vehicle by breaking the window of his locked driver's side door.

Myers, 41, is charged with possession of a counterfeit license plate, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and resisting without violence. He also received several traffic citations for failure to provide his license, registration, and insurance, as well as tint violations.

Myers' previous arrest on April 24 is below.
