Trafficking Amount Of Cocaine Discovered On Disturbance Call With Kids Present

On Sunday morning, deputies responded to a disturbance and a gunshot reported at a residence on El Campo Avenue, Deltona. After deputies noticed narcotics in plain view and several unsecured, loaded firearms in the house in reach of young children, detectives wrote a search warrant for the residence and recovered:

592 grams cocaine
29 pounds cannabis
31 Suboxone
2 MDMA
Paraphernalia (bags, scales, spoons)
.223 Ghost firearm
9mm Springfield pistol
9mm FN pistol
.40 S&W pistol

Arrested were:

David Lopez (DOB 3/14/1997), Deltona
Armed trafficking in cocaine (no bond)
Armed trafficking in cannabis
Possession of schedule II
Possession of schedule III with intent to sell
Possession of MDMA
Own/rent a structure for trafficking
Possession of paraphernalia

Victor Noel Cruz (DOB 7/9/1986), DeBary
Resisting without violence
Violation of probation
