Daytona Beach Drug Dealer Arrested, Nearly 1 Kilogram Fentanyl Seized

DAYTONA BEACH DRUG DEALER ARRESTED, NEARLY 1 KILOGRAM FENTANYL SEIZED

A Daytona Beach drug dealer who was distributing trafficking amounts of fentanyl is now behind bars with a bond of more than $1.6 million after a task force investigation led to his arrest.

In early 2023, detectives with the East Volusia Narcotics Task Force determined Javaris Allen-Holt (DOB 10/22/1995) was trafficking fentanyl throughout the greater Daytona Beach area.

Early Wednesday, a search warrant executed at 619 Tomoka Road, Daytona Beach, yielded the recovery of almost a kilogram of fentanyl, 26 grams methamphetamine, 4 firearms and ammunition, $17,855 cash and various items used in the manufacture of fentanyl.

Allen-Holt was arrested on charges of armed trafficking in fentanyl, manufacturing fentanyl, armed trafficking in methamphetamine, renting/maintaining a structure for drug trafficking, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia, with a total bond of $1,650,500.

Additional charges are pending further investigation.
