PORT ORANGE MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL BATTERY ON TEEN GIRL

On August 20, 2020, the Port Orange Police Department Criminal Investigation Division arrested Connor Benat, an 18 year-old Port Orange resident, on the following sexual battery charges upon a 13 year-old female victim.

• Lewd and lascivious battery (x2)

• Lewd and lascivious molestation
