MOTORIST CRITICALLY INJURED IN SINGLE CAR ACCIDENT 

On October 26, 2019 at approximately 2:58 AM the Port Orange Police Department responded to the 1700-block of Dunlawton Ave. (just east of the I-95 overpass), Port Orange, FL in reference to a single vehicle crash.  The sole occupant of the vehicle was transported to Halifax Hospital (Daytona Beach) in critical condition.   

The name of the driver is not being released at this time.

As additional information becomes available, it will be released. The crash remains open and is currently under investigation by the Port Orange Traffic Homicide Investigators.
