POLICE INVESTIGATING BABY'S FALL INTO APARTMENT POOL

DeLand, Fla. – Around 4:40 p.m. Police and Fire responded to 1575 S. Woodland Blvd., the Taylor Place Apartments, in reference to a possible drowning.  The first responders found CPR in progress on a three (3) year old female who had fallen into a swimming  pool. Medical personnel resuscitated the child on scene and she was taken to Florida Hospital DeLand. Her condition is not immediately known.

That is only information currently available. An investigation into the circumstances is on-going at this hour trying to piece together what led up to this incident.
