9-1-1 Public Safety Telecommunicator certification
Emergency Medical Dispatch certification
CPR certification
NIMS IS100LeB certification
NIMS IS200 certification
NIMS IS317 certification
NIMS IS700 certification
FDLE CJIS certification
All noted certifications will be completed during the course of training once hired.

What kind of schedule do telecommunicators work?

12-hour shifts with rotating days off. Shifts also rotate approximately every 4 months from days to nights and vice versa.
