4 ARRESTED, 2 SHOT BY TARGET OF NARCOTICS-RELATED HOME INVASION ROBBERY

Four suspects have been charged with armed home invasion robbery in a Wednesday afternoon incident in DeLand that left two of them shot by their intended target.

Deputies responded around 5:45 p.m. to 931 Clark Ave., DeLand, where it was reported several shots were fired during a home invasion robbery.

Two occupants were injured and dropped off at a hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds.

Responding deputies spotted and detained one suspect on foot in the area of the incident. They also located the suspect vehicle in Daytona Beach and conducted a felony stop, detaining the driver. The vehicle had bullet holes on its driver's side.
