POLICE CONDUCTING A DUI CHECKPOINT ON FRIDAY

The Port Orange Police Department will be conducting a DUI checkpoint on Friday, July 20^th between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. in the 90 Block of Dunlawton Ave. As recipients of a DUI and Impaired Driving Enforcement grant through the Florida Department of Transportation, it is the goal of POPD to reduce the number of instances of impaired driving and ensure the greatest level of safety for residents and visitors alike.
