DOLLAR GENERAL STORE ROBBED

On August 16, 2016, at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon, a male entered the Dollar General Store, located at 5420 Ridgewood Avenue. The male lingered in the front of the store until the majority of customers left. At that time the male approached the cashier and demanded all the money in the cash register. The male told the cashier he had a gun and offered to show the firearm to the cashier. The cashier placed an undisclosed amount of money into a yellow Dollar General bag and the male left the store.

The male was last seen traveling northbound on Ridgewood Avenue in a black sport utility vehicle (unknown make or model). The sport utility vehicle was described as a smaller, older model SUV with four doors.

When the male walked into the store it appeared he possibly walked with a limp.
