DELAND POLICE LOOKING INTO DOWNTOWN VANDALISMS 

DeLand Police are following up on reports of multiple vandalisms in downtown DeLand.

On Tuesday morning, city officials were made aware of the vandalisms that are believed to have occurred within the past few days. Police officers are still gathering information regarding the areas that were vandalized. Those areas include the “DeLand Wings”, one of the city’s Utility Box Art projects and the north side of Sweet Lics.

We are asking the public to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity in the area. People may provide anonymous tips at www.delandpd.com.
