FOURTH TEEN ARRESTED IN DELAND HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL VANDALISMS 

The DeLand Police Department has made three arrests in relation to the DeLand Middle School burglary as well as an additional arrest in the DeLand High School vandalism.

Justin Rinaldi, 19, was charged Thursday with burglary of a structure causing more than $1,000 and criminal mischief of more than $1,000 for breaking into DeLand High School on August 23. He was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail and remains in custody. Three others, Brandon Carver, 21, Timothy Campbell, 17 and Logan Dewey, 15, were charged in the DeLand High School incident.

Rinaldi was also charged in the break-in at DeLand Middle School, which occurred the day after the high school incident. He was charged with unarmed burglary of a structure and criminal mischief causing more than $1,000 in damage. Carver and Campbell also face the same charges in the middle school break-in.
