DeLand PNC Bank Robbed

DeLand Police detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed PNC Bank in DeLand Thursday morning.

At 10:26 a.m., police responded to an apparent robbery at PNC Bank, 111 Endicott Way. Employees told detectives a male, possibly white or Hispanic, medium build and between 5’5” to 5’8”, entered the bank and demanded money. He exited the building with an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen wearing a black and red jacket and black hat.

Authorities are investigating whether the robbery is related to another that occurred August 22 at PNC Bank on Woodland Boulevard.

The investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available.
